Records change: confirm the registration, dates, prices and specifications with the developer and on MahaRERA before you book. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract.

Photos, renders and floor plans are the developers' or are for illustration, and finished homes can differ. Prices are the asking prices of developers and sellers when we published them, and can change. Unless a page says otherwise, they leave out stamp duty, registration, GST, maintenance and other charges.

Resale homes are listed with the details their owners give us. Before a home is listed, our team checks its papers and visits it, and its page lists each check and the date. Our checks are not a legal title search: before you pay, have a lawyer search the title and read the documents for you.
