Can you plan the interiors before I get possession of my flat?

Yes. With the developer's floor plan, we can plan the space, choose the design and materials and prepare the BOQ while you wait, so the work can start as soon as you have the keys.

Will my home be fully furnished at handover?

Yes. Turnkey means furniture, furnishing and décor come with the civil work, carpentry and finishes, so the home is ready to live in when we hand it over.

Can I keep some of my existing furniture?

Of course. Tell us what you would like to keep, and we design the rooms around it.

How involved do I need to be?

As much as you like. You make the decisions on the design and materials and approve the BOQ and the agreement; after that your point of contact runs the work and keeps you updated until handover.

Is there a quality check before handover?

Yes. A quality control check of every room is one of our stages, and it comes before the final handover.
