What does a turnkey interior project include?
Every stage, from the first consultation to the final handover. We visit the site and share a preliminary cost, plan the space and the concept, help you choose the design and materials, and prepare a detailed BOQ (bill of quantities) before the project agreement. Then come civil work, plumbing, electrical, the false ceiling, flooring, finishes, carpentry and furniture, and finally furnishing, décor and a quality check before we hand over the keys.
Do I need to deal with contractors or suppliers myself?
No. You have one point of contact at Enchanted Spaces, who coordinates every vendor, contractor and supplier on the project. You receive a fully finished space, ready to use.
How is the cost of a turnkey project worked out?
After the site visit we share a preliminary cost. Once the design and materials are chosen, a detailed BOQ lists every item and what it costs, and work starts only when you sign the project agreement. Our pricing is transparent: you know what you are paying for before anything is built.
Do you take on turnkey projects for offices, shops and clinics?
Yes. We deliver turnkey interiors for homes and for commercial spaces: offices, retail stores and showrooms, hospitality, healthcare and educational spaces.
Can the design follow Vastu?
Yes. We also offer Vastu consultancy, and its guidance can shape the layout from the first plan, rather than be corrected after the work is done.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our work comes with a 10-year warranty, and the project agreement sets out what it covers.
