Finishes and civil work in Pune

The work that finishes a space: sound, light, floors, ceilings and walls.

  • Personalised designs
  • Transparent pricing
  • 10-year warranty

What finishes and civil work cover.

Finishes and civil work are what make a space feel complete: the floor underfoot, the ceiling overhead, the light in every room, the walls around you and the way sound carries. We plan and carry out this work for homes and commercial spaces in Pune, as part of a full interior project or on its own.

The order matters: civil work, plumbing and electrical come first, then the false ceiling, flooring, wall finishes and paint. Each finish is chosen to suit the design of the room, the way it is used and how it will wear.

How we work. On finishes and civil work, step by step.

  1. Site visit

We measure the space and check the walls, floors, ceilings, wiring and plumbing already there.

  2. Plan and choose

We plan the work and help you choose the ceiling, lighting, flooring, wall finishes and colours, with a detailed BOQ.

  3. Civil work first

Changes to walls and openings, plumbing and electrical are done before any finish, so nothing has to be opened up again.

  4. Finishes and quality check

The false ceiling, flooring, walls and paint, then a quality check of every surface before handover.

Questions. About finishes and civil work.

Can I hire you only for a false ceiling, flooring or painting?

Yes. Each of these can be taken on its own, or as part of a full interior project.

Why should lighting be planned before the ceiling is made?

Because the wiring runs through the walls and the false ceiling. Planned with the design, every light point, switch and fitting is where it should be before the surfaces are finished, and nothing needs to be cut open later.

Which flooring is right for my home?

It depends on the room, how much wear it sees and your budget: tiles, wood and stone each suit different spaces. We help you choose for each room, and lay it as part of the work.

What does acoustic treatment do?

It controls echo and noise. It matters most in home theatres, home offices, meeting rooms, restaurants and classrooms, and we plan it with the ceiling, walls and flooring so it sits within the design.

Can you move or remove a wall?

Civil work is part of what we do, from walls and openings to plumbing and electrical. Before any wall is changed, we check what the change involves and what your building's society needs from you.

Are finishes and civil work covered by a warranty?

Yes. Our work comes with a 10-year warranty, and the project agreement sets out what it covers.
