What commercial interiors cover.

Commercial interiors are designed for the people who use them: the customers who walk into a store, the team in an office, the guests at a restaurant, the patients in a clinic and the students in a classroom. We plan each space in Pune around how it works, who moves through it and what it must do, then design it to carry your brand and stand up to daily use.

Each kind of space has its own needs, from a showroom that draws people in to a clinic that must be calm to wait in and easy to keep clean. We can take on the design alone, or deliver the whole space turnkey, ready to open.

How we work. On commercial interiors, step by step.

  1. Brief and site visit

We learn how the business runs and who uses the space, and visit to measure it.

  2. Planning and design

We plan the layout and the flow of people, then design the space and choose materials that suit the brand and the wear it will see, with a detailed BOQ.

  3. Building it

Civil and electrical work, the false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, furniture and signage, coordinated by one point of contact.

  4. Ready to open

Furnishing, a quality check of every detail, and the handover of a space ready for business.

Questions. About commercial interiors.

Which commercial spaces do you design?

Offices, retail stores and showrooms, restaurants, cafés and other hospitality spaces, healthcare spaces and clinics, and educational and institutional spaces such as schools.

Can the interior carry our brand?

Yes. The colours, materials, lighting, signage and layout can all carry your brand, working from your brand guidelines where you have them.

Do you handle civil, electrical and signage work too?

Yes. On a turnkey project we take on civil work, plumbing and electrical, the false ceiling, flooring, carpentry, furniture and signage, so you deal with one point of contact.

How is the cost worked out?

After the site visit we share a preliminary cost. Once the design and materials are fixed, a detailed BOQ (bill of quantities) lists every item and its cost, and work begins when you sign the project agreement.

Can an office or a shop follow Vastu?

Yes. Our Vastu consultancy covers commercial spaces too: the entrance, the owner's cabin, the cash counter, the workstations and storage can all be placed with Vastu in mind.

How long does a commercial project take?

That depends on the size of the space and the work involved. The schedule is agreed before work starts, so you can plan your opening around it.

Is a commercial interior covered by a warranty?

Yes. Our work comes with a 10-year warranty, and the project agreement sets out what it covers.
