Privacy notice

Enchanted Spaces, a sole proprietorship of Shazia Unnisa, Office 309, Nyati Eternity Commercial, Mohammadwadi, Pune 411060, runs enchantedspaces.co.in. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the data fiduciary for the personal data this notice describes: we decide why and how it is used.

Only what each request needs. Every form shows what it asks, and the line under its button says what we do with it.

When you ask about a home or a service Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email; the project, home or service and the page you asked from, and how your visit to the site began (its first page, the site you came from and any campaign tags in the link); and what you choose in the form, such as a home type, a day for a visit, or your question or message. We use them to call you back, arrange visits, virtual tours and consultations, and send what you asked for: a brochure, a floor plan, a price or cost sheet, or a quote.

When you ask for a free interior design quote Your mobile number, the kind of space and the package you chose, to call you with a quote.

When you list a home for sale Your name and mobile number, whether you are its owner or a broker (and a broker's MahaRERA number, if given), and the home's details, society, locality, pin code, price, photos and description. We use them to call you, check and visit the home, and publish its page, which never shows your name, number, society or flat. We look at the home's papers on our visit, and keep copies only if you send them to us.

When you report content Your name and email, the page and what is wrong with it, to act on your report and reply to you.

When you call, WhatsApp or email us Your number or email address and what you tell us, to help you with what you asked.

To stop misuse of our forms When you send a form, a one-way code made from your internet address, never the address itself, so we can limit how many forms one place sends. We delete it after a day.

When you browse the site The pages you open, your device and browser, and an approximate location worked out from your internet address, through Google Analytics, to learn which pages help people and fix what does not. We also count taps on our call, WhatsApp and request buttons; a count records the page and the button, never who you are.

When you send a form, you consent to our using your details as the line under its button describes, and we record when you sent it and which wording you saw. You can withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: write to us, or tell us when we call, and we stop contacting you about it. Withdrawing does not undo what was done before, such as details already passed to a developer with your agreement.

Your request reaches the Enchanted Spaces team: the person handling it, and our proprietor. We pass your name and number to a developer or a home's seller only when you agree, usually on our call with you. We do not sell your data, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

These companies run parts of the site for us and process data only on our instructions: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (our database), Google (the spreadsheet our team works enquiries from, the email that tells our team of a new one, and Google Analytics) and Mapbox (the maps, which your browser loads from Mapbox). If you chat with us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp handles those messages under its own terms. Some of these companies store data outside India, as the law allows. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.

Your browser keeps a few things for the site: your light or dark choice, your recent searches, the projects you are comparing, your name, number and email to fill in your next form, a home listing you have not sent yet, and how this visit began, until you close the tab. We receive none of it, except how your visit began, which goes with a form you send. Google Analytics sets cookies to tell visits apart. You can clear all of this, or block cookies, in your browser; the site still works.

• An enquiry: until we have finished helping you, and no longer than three years after we were last in touch.

• A home you list: while it is listed, and three years after it is sold or withdrawn.

• If you become our client: the records of our work for you, for eight years, to meet tax laws.

• Analytics: 14 months, after which Google deletes it.

• The code that limits our forms: one day.

We delete data sooner when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Only the people on our team who need your data can see it, each through their own sign-in, and every connection to the site is encrypted. If a breach ever affects your data, we tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.

• Ask for a summary of your data, how we use it, and who we have shared it with.

• Ask us to correct, complete, update or delete it.

• Withdraw a consent you gave.

• Name someone to act for you if you die or become unable to act yourself.

• Complain to us about how we have handled your data.

Write to us at the address below. We may ask you to confirm who you are, and we reply within 30 days.

We acknowledge a complaint within two days and resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

When our practices change, we update this notice and the date at the top, and we ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
