Terms of use

These terms apply when you use enchantedspaces.co.in, run by Enchanted Spaces, a sole proprietorship of Shazia Unnisa, Office 309, Nyati Eternity Commercial, Mohammadwadi, Pune 411060. By using the site you agree to them; if you do not, please do not use it.

Information about new projects and resale homes in Pune and a way to ask our team about them, and property advisory, interior design and Vastu consultancy. The site's information is not an offer or a contract. A purchase is between you and the developer or seller, and design or Vastu work starts only under a quotation you accept in writing.

Enchanted Spaces is a real estate agent registered with MahaRERA, registration no. A031262604584. We are not the developer or the seller of any home on the site.

Using the site is free. Any fee for our property, interior design or Vastu services is agreed with you in writing before we start.

• Give true information, and a mobile number that is yours.

• When you send a form, you ask us to call, WhatsApp or email you about it. We may do so even if your number is on the National Do Not Call register, and we stop when you ask us to.

• Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or to mislead or harass anyone.

• Do not copy the site's pages, photos or contact details in bulk, or collect them with automated tools.

• List only a home you own, or one its owner has authorised you in writing to sell.

• Give true details. Our team checks the home and its papers before it is listed, and may decline a listing or remove it.

• Send only photos you took or have the right to share. You allow us to show them on the home's page, and in our adverts for it, while it is listed.

• The home's page never shows your name, number, society or flat. We share the address with a buyer when a visit is booked.

• Tell us when the home is sold or no longer for sale, and we take it off the site.

Designs, photos, estimates and timelines on the site are indicative. Our work, its price and its timeline are set in a written quotation you accept before we start, and that quotation's terms apply to it.

The site's text, design, logo and photos belong to Enchanted Spaces or to those who licensed them to us. Developers' names, logos, photos and brochures belong to the developers. You may share links to our pages, but not copy their content without our written permission.

The site links to MahaRERA, maps, developers' and other websites, and its maps come from Mapbox and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for a loss that comes from relying on the site's information without checking it, or for any indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

For a complaint about our service, write to Shazia Unnisa, our proprietor, at info@enchantedspaces.co.in, or call +91 73788 76992. We acknowledge it within two days and reply within 30 days. A complaint about our work as a real estate agent can also go to MahaRERA.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, decide any dispute about them.
